Areas of specialisation

  • Responsible for accounts payable, staff claims and ensure all requirements adhere to internal control procedures.
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.
  • Prepare road tax and insurance schedules and liaise with insurance agent to ensure all company vehicles with valid road tax and insurance.
  • Update suppliers contract and agents contract schedule to ensure all payments are in accordance to terms and conditions stipulated in the contracts.
  • To carry out any other ad-hoc duties and assignments delegated by the management from time-to-time.

 

General requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office especially Ms Excel.
